Assign Rights to User Groups

Select a user group, and then select the Rights tab. Select the permission group or category. To view a sub-group, select the button. In the Access Rights box, select the rights to apply for the selected permissions group or subgroup. Select the Update button to save changes. Note: All rights that you have assigned at the permission group level are carried over to each sub-group and sub-category included in the selected Permission group. To assign limited rights, select a permission group. Select to clear all of the check boxes in the Access Rights box. Set Up Display Settings for Insights

Before you begin Ensure that the following settings are done in System Administrator: Insights CDS Router URL and Insights Dashboard URL are updated. The access rights in Rights > Operations > Insight > Insights Settings is set to Yes For more information on user access rights, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest System Administrator Guide forNextGen®Enterprise. You can customize the appearance of the Insights Viewer window at the user-level with System Administrator rights. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window. Select View > Insights. The Insights Viewer window opens. Select the Display Settings icon. The Display Settings window opens. Set up Access Rights for APSO View Settings

In System Administrator, you can provide or deny permissions to user groups to access APSO View Settings in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open System Administrator. Select a user group to provide APSO View permissions. For more information on user groups, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. Select the Rights tab. Open the Operations list and move down and select APSO View Settings - Restrict Access. In the Access Rights section, select No and select Save. The users in the selected group can access APSO View Settings. Note: Users belonging to more than one group must have the permission set up for every group they are part of. Open Insights Viewer

Before you begin You must have a patient registered in Population Health Sync (PHS) and the patient chart must be open to view Insights Viewer. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window. Select View > Insights Viewer. The Insights Viewer tab appear on the right side of the window. Select the pushpin icon at the top of the tab. The tab remains pinned and shares the window with the current template or module. You can select the pushpin icon to collapse the tab.
