The Quick View Settings - Restrict Access Operations subgroup in the System Administrator application If set to Yes, a user does not have access to Quick View Settings from the Admin > Quick View Settings menu in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The NextGen® Enterprise EHR Toolbar - Set Default Operations subgroup in the System Administrator application enables a user to save the following as the default settings for the current practice: the current toolbar configuration. the setting for the Show Module Buttons check box. When a user without the EHR Toolbar - Modify Own right logs on to the same practice, the toolbar will be set to the practice default. Set Up Access Rights for Insights Viewer

You can configure the access rights for Insights under the Insight Operations subgroup in System Administrator to view the Insights window icon on the Quick Access panel in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open System Administrator, and select the user group to configure. Select the Rights tab, and then expand OPERATIONS. Under Insight, select Insights Access. In the Access Rights section, select Yes. By default, the Access Rights is set to No for all user groups. If the Access Rights is set to No, the icon to open the Insights Viewer window is disabled in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select Save. Set up Access Rights for APSO View Settings

In System Administrator, you can provide or deny permissions to user groups to access APSO View Settings in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open System Administrator. Select a user group to provide APSO View permissions. For more information on user groups, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. Select the Rights tab. Open the Operations list and move down and select APSO View Settings - Restrict Access. In the Access Rights section, select No and select Save. The users in the selected group can access APSO View Settings. Note: Users belonging to more than one group must have the permission set up for every group they are part of.
