Overview of Insights Viewer

Insights Viewer is an expandable side panel that allows you to efficiently access gaps in patient care and plan accordingly in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.

Following are the prerequisites to view the patient clinical data on the Insights Viewer window.

• To enable the use of the Insights feature, you should be registered in the CDS API System. You can contact the support or the deployment team for registration.
• The patient must be enrolled in Population Health Sync (PHS). If the client is registered on the CDS API System but the patient is not registered in PHS, then the Insights window is available but not populated with data.
• Set up Rights and Permissions in System Administrator.
