If your enterprise is enrolled in Population Health Sync, you can access data from it directly within NextGen® Enterprise EHR as well as from the NextGen® Population Health and Analytics Solutions (formerly EagleDream Health) website.
Population Health Sync extracts patient data for analysis from NextGen® Enterprise EHR every 48 hours by default. An internal Application Program Interface (API) passes the analytical data from Population Health Sync to NextGen® Enterprise EHR for display. This data is displayed in the Insights Viewer window.
Population Health Sync works at the enterprise level. The same data for a patient is provided to all practices within your enterprise that are configured for Population Health Sync reporting.

Population Health information is also available through NextGen Care® Population Management Hub. You must have a separate license to access this application from NextGen® Enterprise EHR. For information about purchasing this license, contact NextGen Healthcare Client Support.
