Before you begin
- Ensure that the single sign-on universal preferences for NextGen Population Health are set up in System Administrator.
- Ensure that the user email address for NextGen® Enterprise EHR in System Administrator and the email address used to register in NextGen Population Health are same.
You can open the NextGen Population Health website from NextGen® Enterprise EHR without entering the log on credentials for the NextGen Population Health website.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- From the File menu, select NextGen Population Health.
The NextGen Population Health website opens in your default browser outside
NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
CAUTION:
If a wrong URL is added in the
NextGen Population Health Production URL field in System Administrator, an error message appears stating that there is an error accessing the URL.
