Rights and Permissions
After you add a group to a practice, you must determine the access rights for the group to enable the users to access the NextGen® Enterprise application applicable to their roles. A user inherits the rights and permissions of all the groups to which they are added. The MODULES permission group provides the list of programs that perform a task. Granting Practice Access
By default, enhanced forms are located within the practice for which they were created. They can be shared among other practices by granting practice access. Open File Maintenance. Select System Master Files, then PM, and then Forms Enhanced. The Forms Enhanced window opens. In the Form Group field, select the group where the form was saved. Note: You cannot update Practice Access when the (All) Forms option is selected. From the list of displayed forms, select the form to be shared with other practices. In the Practices field at the bottom of the window, select one or practice with which the form is to be shared. To save the changes and close the window, select Close. Parent topic: Forms Enhanced
