By default, enhanced forms are located within the practice for which they were created. They can be shared among other practices by granting practice access.
- Open File Maintenance.
- Select System Master Files, then PM, and then Forms Enhanced.
The Forms Enhanced window opens.
- In the Form Group field, select the group where the form was saved.
Note: You cannot update Practice Access when the (All) Forms option is selected.
- From the list of displayed forms, select the form to be shared with other practices.
- In the Practices field at the bottom of the window, select one or practice with which the form is to be shared.
- To save the changes and close the window, select Close.
