You can create enhanced forms in File Maintenance. You can create forms for electronic signatures, patient correspondence for documentation purposes, and more customized options such as alternate fee tickets and patient data sheets. You can also create form groups, which allow you to print multiple pages of a form or multiple forms at once.
Before you begin
You must create at least one Form Group before you can save an Enhanced Form.
Form Groups allow you to categorize forms for organizational and printing purposes. Once a form group is created, you can edit, copy, hide, delete, or unhide it.
- Open File Maintenance.
- From the Master Files section, select System , select PM, and then select Forms Enhanced.
- In the Forms Enhanced window, select Edit Form Group, and then select New.
- In the New Form Group window, enter a name for the group, and then select OK.
Note: If All Forms is selected in the Form Group field, you can not modify the practice list displayed. However, if a specific Form Group is selected, you can grant Practice Access to the form as needed.
