Allow Options Edit	NextGen® Enterprise EHR Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility	The option enables users to access the Medical Summary Utility Settings window.
Allow Updating Practice Filters	NextGen® Enterprise EHR Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility	This option enables users to define practice filters (for a specific practice) in File Maintenance. When this option is turned on or set to Yes, users can create, update, or delete practice filters.
Include Excluded Data	NextGen® Enterprise EHR Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility	This option enables users to include excluded data and confidential lab information in the Medical Summary Utility when generating documents.

Imaging Component Sets NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to create, edit, and delete groups of like imaging components (stamps) that can be applied to toolbars. Imaging Component Toolbars NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to create, edit, and delete toolbars of imaging components. Configure User Access Rights

Using System Administrator, you can specify which user groups are allowed to run the Data Share module and the Medical Summary Utility and which actions they can perform. Open System Administrator. In the left pane, expand an enterprise and a practice, and then select a user group. In the right pane, select the Rights tab. Open the Data Share Module

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and open a patient. The Quick Buttons panel, the Encounter History and Categories panel opens. left toolbar and Encounter History panel To conserve screen space, select the collapse icon. The Encounter History and Categories panel closes. On the Quick Buttons panel, select the Data Share icon. Data Share The Data Share tab opens in the main pane. Data Share Module Note: If you disabled the Data Share > Use New Data Share Module Universal Preference in System Administrator, then the old version of the Data Share module opens. The old version provides access only to NextGen® Share Carequality Service. For information on using the old version of the Data Share module, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the User Guide for NextGen Share Carequality Service for 6.2021.1.
