When this option is turned on or set to Yes, users can create, update, or delete practice filters.

The Medical Summary/Data Share module subgroup in the System Administrator application controls access to features of the Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility. Subgroups Used in Description Diagnosis/Problems filter Medication filter Procedure filter NextGen® Enterprise EHR Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility These subgroups control the ability to add diagnoses, problems, medications, and procedure codes to the content exclusion list. The Diagnosis/Problems filter setting applies to both diagnoses and problems. For each subgroup, you can control the following types of actions: View: Controls the ability to view search results. Add: Controls the ability to add items to the content exclusion list. Delete: Controls the ability to remove items from the content exclusion list. Update and Print: Not applicable. Configure User Access Rights

Using System Administrator, you can specify which user groups are allowed to run the Data Share module and the Medical Summary Utility and which actions they can perform. Open System Administrator. In the left pane, expand an enterprise and a practice, and then select a user group. In the right pane, select the Rights tab.
