Security Rights	Used in	Description
Multi-Provider Search	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to use the Provider field in the eRx Status window to filter eRx statuses by the provider who prescribed the medication. If you do not want users to view other providers' patient information within the same location, set the security right to No to disable the Provider field.
Multi-User Search	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to use the User field in the eRx Status window to filter eRx statuses by the user who sent the message. If you do not want users in the group to see other users' information, set the security right to No to disable the User field.

The NextGen® Enterprise EHR Documents Operations Subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to perform actions in Document Builder. Subgroup Used in Description Add Document Addendums NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to add an addendum to a previously approved patient document in the TX Text document viewer only. Note: : The Save As RTF Universal Preference must be set to True. Edit Category Selections NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to add a document to a category while they are generating the document. Export NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to export NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents from one NextGen database to another. Import NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to import NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents into a NextGen® Enterprise database from another NextGen® Enterprise database. Medications Operations Security Rights

The following security rights control aspects of Medications and ePrescribing. Security Right Used in Description Allow Access to Manage ePA NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to manage electronic prior authorization (ePA) messages that come from the Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), including answering questions sent by the PBM. For more information about ePA, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest Medications Module User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Allow Pharmacy Download NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to download pharmacies in NextGen® Enterprise. This security right does not control user ability to download pharmacies in File Maintenance. eRx NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to approve and deny refills. This security right works in combination with the Medication permission (under MODULES > Medical Records). If the eRx permission and the Medication permission > Add access right are both enabled, approvals and denials can be applied.
