Equipment Module
The Equipment module subgroup in System Administrator enables users to access the Integrated Equipment Report module.
If the View access right is disabled for a group, the users cannot do the following:
- Access the Equipment menu item under .
- Select Equipment for the Goto Module trigger/action for a template.

Cardiac Science ECG/ Stress/ Holter | NextGen® Enterprise EHR | Enables users to access, add, and delete the Cardiac Science reports. To relay user access rights to the Cardiac Science HeartCentrix software, the NextGenCardiacScience Verify component must be deployed on the HeartCentrix Server and the Use EHR user for Cardiac Science login universal preference must be set to True.

GE CardioSoft Resting ECG/Stress ECG/SpirometryAmbulatory Blood Pressure | NextGen® Enterprise EHR | The View, Add, and Delete access rights only restrict user actions within NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Only the Update access right can be relayed to the GE CardioSoft application. If the Update access right is not selected for a user group in System Administrator or an encounter is locked in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, the CardioSoft report will be opened for viewing in Read-Only mode. |
Optical Module | NextGen® Enterprise EHR | Enables users to access the Marco Connect Equipment Optical Studies module in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The Delete access right enables users to delete optical studies that are loaded in the Optical Studies module. |
Welch Allyn ECG/ Exercise ECG/ Spirometry | NextGen® Enterprise EHR | Enables users to access, add, and delete the Welch Allyn reports. The access rights are only effective when the action originates in NextGen® Enterprise. Any action that originates in Welch Allyn's CardioPerfect software is controlled by the permissions set in that software. For example, if a user who has permissions to delete a test in CardioPerfect does so, the test is also deleted from NextGen® Enterprise EHR even if the user does not have the Delete access right in the System Administrator application.
