Equipment Module

The Equipment module subgroup in System Administrator enables users to access the Integrated Equipment Report module. If the View access right is disabled for a group, the users cannot do the following: Access the Equipment menu item under File > Summary. Select Equipment for the Goto Module trigger/action for a template. Subgroup Used in Description Brentwood ECG/ Holter/ Spirometry/ Stress ECG NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to access the Brentwoood reports. In addition, the Print access right controls access to the Archive and Send by Email menu items on the File menu of the Midmark component. Cardiac Science ECG/ Stress/ Holter NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to access, add, and delete the Cardiac Science reports. To relay user access rights to the Cardiac Science HeartCentrix software, the NextGenCardiacScience Verify component must be deployed on the HeartCentrix Server and the Use EHR user for Cardiac Science login universal preference must be set to True. Medical Summary/Data Share Module

The Medical Summary/Data Share module subgroup in the System Administrator application controls access to features of the Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility. Subgroup Used in Description Allow Options Edit NextGen® Enterprise EHR Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility The option enables users to access the Medical Summary Utility Settings window. Allow Updating Practice Filters NextGen® Enterprise EHR Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility This option enables users to define practice filters (for a specific practice) in File Maintenance. When this option is turned on or set to Yes, users can create, update, or delete practice filters. Include Excluded Data NextGen® Enterprise EHR Data Share module and Medical Summary Utility This option enables users to include excluded data and confidential lab information in the Medical Summary Utility when generating documents.
