Data Notification Module

The Data Notification module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables/disables practices with NextGen® Share installed and configured to use ADS, the ability to download data from the NextGen® Share Portal. View - When enabled, the Share button is displayed on the patient information card in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Add - When enabled, users can download data from the NextGen® Share Portal using the patient information bar. The Data Notification module is used in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Person Demographics Module

The Person Demographics module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to add and update demographic data on the Add/Modify Person/Patient Information window. If Add is not selected, the user cannot add people or patients because the New button does not display in the Add/Modify Person/Patient Information window. If Update is not selected, the Add/Modify Person/Patient Information window opens with read-only information. Users cannot change any of the demographic fields. Note: The View, Print, and Delete settings are not available for this right. The Person Demographics module is used in NextGen® Enterprise PM and NextGen® Enterprise EHR. EHR Documents - Assigned Module

The EHR Documents - Assigned module subgroup in the System Administrator application lists the NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents that are selected to have the security modified. See, Select NextGen Enterprise Documents to Display on the Rights Tab. This right enables users to view, create, edit, delete, and print the individual documents or the entire group. Note: Do not clear the Add and View rights check boxes for EHR Documents Assigned module. If you clear the check boxes at the module level, users will not have access to the Document module in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. EHR Documents - Rosetta Module

The EHR Documents - Rosetta module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to view, create, edit, delete, and print the individual documents or the entire group. All NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents imported from the Rosetta interface and documents in the NextGen® Clinical Message Manager are listed beneath this right.
