EHR Documents - Assigned Module

The EHR Documents - Assigned module subgroup in the System Administrator application lists the NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents that are selected to have the security modified. See, Select NextGen Enterprise Documents to Display on the Rights Tab. This right enables users to view, create, edit, delete, and print the individual documents or the entire group. Note: Do not clear the Add and View rights check boxes for EHR Documents Assigned module. If you clear the check boxes at the module level, users will not have access to the Document module in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The EDR module subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to access the Electronic Dental Records module within the NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM applications.
