Audio Universal Preferences
The following lists all Audio Universal Preferences.
Preference | Description |

Audio DSN | Sets up the Data Source Name to use for storage when Replication is selected. |
Display Audio Dialog | Sets up the default setting for display of the audio dialog. You can also set this preference at the user level. |
Use FTP |
Determines if FTP is used to store image files. If your practice uses FTP to store information, set theUse FTPvalue toTrue, and then set the following usage specifications: FTP Server– Use if data is stored on an FTP server instead of a regular server. FTP User Id– Enter the user ID used to access the FTP server. FTP Password– Enter the password used to access the FTP server. If you are not using FTP, set theUse FTPvalue toFalseand disregard the remaining FTP-related Universal Preferences. |
Host Audio Path | Indicates the path used to store audio files on a remote host through FTP. |
Local Audio Path | Sets up the path used for storage of audio files. |
Recording Time Limit | Sets up the maximum amount of time allowed for audio file recording. It is recommended to not exceed 90 seconds. You can also set this preference at the user level. |
Sound Attributes | Sets up the default settings for audio recorder attributes. |
