Add or Modify Pharmacy Information

You can add, edit, or delete information about pharmacies in the Pharmacies section. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration. The Site Generator page opens. From Portal Solutions, select Pharmacies. The Manage Your Pharmacies page opens. To add a pharmacy, select Add New Pharmacy, enter details in the mandatory fields and select Confirm Pharmacy. The new pharmacy appears in the Available Pharmacies list. To edit pharmacy information, select Edit Pharmacy and make changes accordingly. To delete a pharmacy, select Edit Pharmacy, and then select Delete Pharmacy. Import or Export a List of Pharmacies You can import or export a list of pharmacies and save them. Export Personnel Details

Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration. The Site Generator page opens. From Administrator - Setup/Access, select Personnel (Non Physicians) > Export Personnel. The Export Personnel page opens displaying the list of exported staff. Select Export Staff. The Import/Export Staff Progress page appears and displays the export status. Import Locations

You can import locations from an existing list in a comma-separated values (CSV) list. You can also create a list for the locations in the default format and then import that list. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration. The Site Generator page opens. From Administrator - Setup/Access, select Locations > Import Locations. The Import Locations page opens. Select Generate CSV Header Template. A CSV template with headers is created. Enter the location details in the CSV template and select Choose File to select this .csv template. Select Import Locations. Import Personnel and Physicians

You can import details for one or more personnel or physicians when you update the list of practice staff. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration. The Site Generator page opens. From Administrator - Setup/Access, select Personnel (Non Physicians) > Import Personnel and Physicians. The Import Personnel and Physicians page opens. Select Generate CSV Header Template to download the header template. Enter a list of personnel or physicians. Note: To avoid errors while importing, ensure that the information you are entering is in the correct format and order. Select Choose File to choose the updated header template and then select Import Staff. The list of personnel and physicians is imported. Export Patient Information

You can export patient information using Export. You can extract patient demographic details, risk level, portal enrollment status, and future appointment details using Export. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Export/Printing is set to No, then you cannot access Export on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. For more information about setting access permissions to Export in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. From NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, run a report from the Cohorts tab, or run a list from the My Lists tab, or filter the patients from the Appointment Book tab. The patient list appears in the patient grid. In the patient grid, select the check box next to the patient's name. To export data, select one of the following format from the Export list.
