When patients delete their insurance using
NextGen® Patient Engage and the updates are accepted from the ReviewQ in
PxP Portal Integration Tool, the insurance information is displayed in
NextGen® Enterprise PM based on the following:
- If the patient is not an insurance subscriber, the insurance is marked as unavailable for the patient. On the patient information page, in the Available Insurance section, the Available column remains unchecked.
- If the patient is an insurance subscriber, the insurance is displayed as inactive. On the Insurance Maintenance page, in the Activation section, the Active check box is unchecked.
