Before you begin
You need to verify the staff member does not have the following restrictions that would prevent them from inviting patients:
- Ensure that the staff member can connect to NextGen® Enterprise API which runs on the Ancillary Server from the staff members' workstation.
- Ensure that outbound connections are not blocked.
- Validate if the user can access NextGen® Enterprise API Base URL gateway.
- Open NextGen System Administrator.
- Select the appropriate security group, and then select Rights.
- Select Allow API Access.
- Ensure that the value for Access Rights is set to Yes.
