You can set up permissions for the personnel type. You can also remove any unused personnel type.
- Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration.
The Site Generator page opens.
- From Administrator - Setup/Access, select Permissions and Personnel Types.
The Manage Your Group Personnel Types page opens.
- In the Add A Personnel Type area, select a personnel type from the list, and then select Add Personnel Type.
The Manage Solutions For Personnel Types tab of the Manage Solutions by Personnel Type page opens.
- Select options from the personnel type and solutions list.
A table appears and displays the selected personnel type and solution.
- Select the checkbox in the table to add the personnel type to the Manage Your Group Personnel Types page.
- To modify solutions or permissions, select Manage Solutions or Manage Permissions.
The Manage Solutions for Users tab of the Manage User Permissions page opens.
- Select options from the personnel type, solution, location, and user lists.
