Delete an Automatic Document

Add a Custom Automatic Document

To add a custom document that will be generated for specific visit types: Select the field below the Visit Type Group column to select the Visit Type Group that you want the custom document to be generated for. Select the field below the Visit Set column, and then select which Visit Set this document should be generated for. Select the asterisk (*) if you want the document to be generated for all visit sets in the Visit Type Group. Select the text field under the Document Name column. The AINF Nav Get Documents picklist opens. Select the document that you want to have generated. If you want the document to be printed by default, mark the Print checkbox. If you want the document to be sent to an offline document generator by default, mark the Offline checkbox. Select the Add button to add the custom document to the grid. Auto Documents on Fee Sheet

Use the Auto Documents on Fee Sheet grid to view and set up which documents are generated automatically on Fee Sheet, depending on the visit type selected by the therapist. If there is an asterisk * for the Visit Set, the application generates the assigned document for ALL visit types that have that visit type group assigned. If a specific Visit Set is selected (for example, Speech, Chiro, Audiology), the application overrides the default (*) and only generates the assigned document for that Visit Type Group. You can substitute a custom document for the default legal medical records, or have additional custom documents generate in addition to the legal medical record. Remove a Replacement Document

Select the automatic document in the Auto Documents on Fee Sheet grid. The document name enters the Replacement Document for field above the right-hand grid. Select the document in the Replacement Document grid. Select Delete. Parent topic: Replacement Documents

Automate the Document Generation

You can configure the conditions for automatically generating offline or printed documents. To configure conditions for the automatic generation of the document, you must add the document name to the Automatic Document Configuration grid along with its conditions. On the Document Config system template, expand the Document Generation panel. Document Generation panel on the Document Config template Under the Automatic Document Configuration grid, click the blank field, and select the document group from the picklist. Note: The document group determines an event to generate a document. For example, when you select the FV Submit document group and submit charges on the Finalize Visit template, the associated document is generated automatically. Click the blank field for Document, and select the document from the picklist. To generate an offline document, select Offline. To print the document, select Print. Add a Replacement Document by Financial Class

Select the automatic document in the Auto Documents on Fee Sheet grid. The document name enters the Replacement Document for field above the right-hand grid. Select the field below the Finclass Category column and select the financial class category that this document will be generated for. To set a specific exam to prompt the document override, select the field below the Exam Override column and select the exam. You can leave this blank. Select the field below the Replacement Document Name column and select the name of the replacement document. Select Add. The replacement document name is added to the grid.
