Configure Additional Documents

You can configure a custom DME document to open when a therapist selects the DME Signoff button on the NTS PT Orthosis template. The document you select replaces the default template that the button opens. Note: Currently, you can configure only the DME document that is associated with the signature pad for patient signature. Open the Document Configuration template and go to the Additional Document Configuration grid. Additional Document Configuration grid on the Document Configuration template Select the field below the Template Name column, select the template that contains the button, and then select OK. Add a Custom Automatic Document

To add a custom document that will be generated for specific visit types: Select the field below the Visit Type Group column to select the Visit Type Group that you want the custom document to be generated for. Select the field below the Visit Set column, and then select which Visit Set this document should be generated for. Select the asterisk (*) if you want the document to be generated for all visit sets in the Visit Type Group. Select the text field under the Document Name column. The AINF Nav Get Documents picklist opens. Select the document that you want to have generated. If you want the document to be printed by default, mark the Print checkbox. If you want the document to be sent to an offline document generator by default, mark the Offline checkbox. Select the Add button to add the custom document to the grid. Update an Automatic Document

You may want to update a document to send it to the offline document generator or to have a specific visit type also print the document. Select the document in the grid. The document information pulls to the text fields under the grid. Make any changes in the text fields. (optional) Select whether the document is printed or sent to an offline document generator. Delete an Automatic Document

Document Configuration

Use the NTS Document Config template to set up document generator servers and printers that your organization will be using. You can also specify which documents generate on certain visit types. Add a Document to the Document PAQ Settings Grid

Select the fields below the Document PAQ Settings grid to select the following from the picklists: Document Name – The picklist shows only documents entered in the Auto Documents on Fee Sheet grid. Fin Category Payer Name – Select the asterisk for all payers in the financial category. Visit Set – To add a restriction by visit set, select only the visit sets that you want to send POCs to the PAQ. Any remaining visit sets that are not configured do not send their POCs to the PAQ. Note: If no visit sets are selected at all, then all visit sets will send POCs. Send To – The provider on the case that the document should be sent to (billing, ordering, rendering, or supervising) Location Name – Which location a document needs to be sent to Document As – Whether the provider signing off should be listed as the Supervising Provider or Billing Provider on the document.
