Chiro Single Visit Bottom Section
The section below the panels of the Chiro Single Visit template has fields to document: visit time, patient visit frequency and duration, provider signoff, and carbon copies. Fields in the bottom section of the Chiro Single Visit template Frequency and Duration You can enter the frequency and duration of a patient's treatment. Visit Time You can either document start and end time to calculate the patient's visit time or document the time manually in the corresponding field. Chiro Single Visit
Use the NTS Chiro Single Visit template for chiropractic care. The template has a top section for general information, History/Review, Reason for Visit, Objective, and Assessment/Plan panels, and sections at the bottom for signoff and to indicate providers who should get carbon copies of documentation. Record Visit Time Manually
At the end of the visit, enter in the total time of the visit in the Total Active Visit Time field at the bottom of the template. Note: If you change the Total Active Visit Time on Single Visit template, you must reopen Fee Sheet to ensure correct calculations and documentation for the encounter.
