Chiro Single Visit Bottom Section
The section below the panels of the Chiro Single Visit template has fields to document: visit time, patient visit frequency and duration, provider signoff, and carbon copies. Fields in the bottom section of the Chiro Single Visit template Frequency and Duration You can enter the frequency and duration of a patient's treatment. Visit Time You can either document start and end time to calculate the patient's visit time or document the time manually in the corresponding field.
