Tasks Panel

The top grid under the Tasks panel shows all the built tasks with the associated subject headers, descriptions, priorities, due dates, and so on. All these tasks fire automatically based on triggers set on specific fields on templates. The only task that does not fire automatically is the “Correction Process needed” task, as this requires someone to manually initiate that correction process.

If a task does not apply to your organization and is not needed, you can disable it by clearing the Enabled checkbox.
