Build a New Task

You can build a new task from the Tasks panel of the Tasking Configuration practice template. However, there are some pre-configured tasks are available for you in the main grid of the Tasks panel.
Fields to enter the task details in the Tasks panel

  1. Select the Show in EHR and Enabled check boxes in the square below the grid in the Tasks panel.
  2. Enter the task name in the Call Name field.
  3. Enter a subject in the Subject field.
  4. Enter a Call Description.
  5. Enter a Description.
  6. Select a Due Date option.
  7. Select a Priority option.
  8. Select an Attach Item option.
    • Current Template – Select this if you want the task to attach the template associated with the selected task.
    • Template – Select this and select a template from the field if you want the task to attach a template other than the one associated with the selected task.
  9. Click Add-Update.
