Requiring Progress Visits

You can specify if a Progress visit will be required by number of days or number of visits, whichever comes first, for either the patient’s primary insurance or a payer listed anywhere on the case.

You can configure the requirement for an entire financial class or a specific payer. Once set up, an alert appears when the NTS Homepage is opened to let the therapist know that a progress visit is needed on the visit. If configured, a Progress visit must be done on that visit, or you will not be able to submit charges; there will be a hard stop on Fee Sheet – cannot submit charges. You will not be able to submit charges on the Fee Sheet.
