Open the NTS Practice Config practice template from the Specialty Config Home system template so you can configure settings and preferences for your practice. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Show section, select All. On the System tab, select Specialty Config Home, and then select OK. The template has a table layout with rows of settings for Scripts, Single Visit, Diagnosis, PT/OT Exams, PT/OT Modalities, PT/OT Aquatherapy, Goals, Fee Sheet, QuickPicks, Cancel, Screening, and Student Settings with SLP Students. The Specialty QuickPick Manager template is an additional way to add or update or delete QuickPicks from the NextGen® Therapy Suite templates. Most therapists will build and manage their quickpicks from the NextGen® Therapy Suite templates and not from the configurations, however this is an additional option if your therapists have access to the system/practice level templates. Specialty QuickPick Manager template The template has the following panels: Double-Star Settings. You can configure QuickPicks that are viewable when you select the double-star icon. You can also select which security groups can manage QuickPick system sets. QuickPicks. You can update and delete QuickPicks. Exclusions & Inclusions.
