Chiro Single Visit Bottom Section

The section below the panels of the Chiro Single Visit template has fields to document: visit time, patient visit frequency and duration, provider signoff, and carbon copies. Visit Time You can either document start and end time to calculate the patient's visit time or document the time manually in the corresponding field. You can view the history of the patient's medical, surgical, interim, family, and social details in the History panel. The history details in the grid are updated automatically when you add any detail in the Histories template. Patient's History Summary Review by Provider

You can review patient's history summary using the History Summary panel on the Home Page template. The History Summary panel displays the patient history documented by the intake staff and provider on the Intake, Histories, and SOAP templates. The data grid includes a list of categories in the left pane that enables you to view and document the associated data.
