Facility Building in NextGen® Enterprise EHR

In the NextGen® Enterprise PM application, all facility billing encounters are filed under the first encounter of the month. When it is time to send the claim, the claim shows all encounter dates and codes billed under the therapist who first saw the patient in that month.

When a new month begins, the first encounter of that new month begins accumulating all following visit charges underneath it. All prior month charges are then ready to drop to the UB form and bill out together.
