On the QuickPick toolbar, you can select the eraser button 
to erase all information entered on the template. When you select it, a confirmation window opens for you to confirm that you want to erase all data.
- If you select Yes, the window closes and all entries you have made on the template are erased.
- If you select No, the window closes.
