You can change picklist values and change the order that values appear in the picklist.
- Select the picklist in the Picklists grid.
- Select the value in the Picklists Values grid.
The value is pulled into the Value field.
- Edit the value entry, and then select Update.
The updated value is added to the grid at the bottom of the list.
To change the order of the picklist, select any value in the list and use the up or down arrows below the grid to move it up or down in the order.
To sort the list alphabetically, select the Sort Alphabetically checkbox.
