Select a note in the grid.
Select
Edit
, and then make changes in the window.
A historical view of the note is saved.
To view a historical view of an edited note, select
Show Deleted
.

Add a Note
To input any objective notes, enter text in the field below the grid. Select Add to add the note to the grid. The notes display on the document for the encounter. Parent topic: Notes

Delete a Complaint from the History of Complaints Grid
In the History of Complaint(s) grid, select a complaint. Select Edit. An editing window opens. Select Delete. The window closes and the complaint is removed from the grid. Parent topic: Chief Complaints

Delete an Alert

Notes
Use the Notes field to document anything regarding the treatment of the patient and notes to other therapists who might see the patient. Enter the note in the field below the grid, and then select Add. Notes appear on the office note document and are stored in the Notes grid for future reference. You can edit a note by highlighting it in the grid, selecting the Edit button, and then editing the text of the note in the window that opens. The system saves a historical edit/view of each note, that you can see when you select Show Deleted. Edit
To edit an exam, select the exam from the Exams grid, and then select Edit button. This opens the exam just as if it was opened from the left navigation link. You can only edit exam details on today’s encounter. Parent topic: Exams

Edit Exams
You can only edit an exam on the encounter where it was created. Select the exam from the grid. Select Edit. The template window opens for the exam you selected to edit. Make all desired changes. Select Save & Close. Parent topic: Documenting Exams
