You can only edit an exam on the encounter where it was created.
Select the exam from the grid.

The template window opens for the exam you selected to edit.
Make all desired changes.

Review Exams
You can review any completed exam in the grid. You cannot make changes to an exam that was entered in a previous encounter. Select the exam you want to review. Select Review. The information is displayed as it was entered on the template. Parent topic: Documenting Exams

View Exams
Select the View button to display all completed exams as they appear in the Exam grid on Single Visit in one template window. Parent topic: Documenting Exams

Access Exams
To open an exam template, select the template name in the left-hand Exams list. Note: The Exams list is configurable. If you do not see the exam you are looking for in the left-hand list, select Additional to open a list of additional exam templates. Launch Template window displaying additional exams Note: You can use the Miscellaneous Assessments template to record results of assessments that do not already have specific fields on other exam templates. Edit
To edit an exam, select the exam from the Exams grid, and then select Edit button. This opens the exam just as if it was opened from the left navigation link. You can only edit exam details on today’s encounter. Parent topic: Exams

Review
When you select an exam from the Exams grid and then select Review, the exam information displays in the exam template it was captured on, in view-only mode. No edits to the exam can be made from this view. Parent topic: Exams

Documenting Exams
The Exams section on the Single Visit template has a grid that shows all exams recorded for the patient, and a list of exams that you can use to document exams performed in the current encounter. You can fill out as many different exams as needed for the patient on a single encounter. All data entered on any exam is displayed in the grid.
