Document and Review Patient Pain in the Rapid Flowsheet

Before you begin

Do not finalize the patient data on the Rapid Flowsheet template.

To prepare for a patient appointment, you can document the patient’s pain levels for the following scenarios: the current day, when they are at rest, and when they are active.

  1. Open the NTS Rapid Flowsheet Worklog template, and then from the list of appointments, select a row to open the Rapid Flowsheet template.
  2. Enter the pain levels in Today, At Rest, and During Activity.
  3. In Subjective Comments, enter additional pain details.
If you have completed the documentation on the template, finalize and send the flowsheet data to the chart.
