Update a QuickPick
You can only update QuickPicks that you created. Although you can use other providers' QuickPicks, you cannot modify them unless you first save a copy to your own QuickPick set. Open a template, and then do one of the following: Select Star button to list the rendering provider QuickPicks. Select Double Star button to list the System Set QuickPicks. Select a QuickPick, and then select OK to load it into the template. Make changes to the entries on the template. Select Floppy disk button. The INF Default Save window opens. The Name to be Updated or Deleted field displays the name of the QuickPick that was used. If you want to change the QuickPick name, enter a new name in the Name field. Create and Save a QuickPick
You can create a QuickPick for a template with any amount of information filled in. If the template has questions and answers, you can include only questions or both questions and answers to save as part of the QuickPick. You can save the QuickPick to a rendering provider or as a system set. Note: To save a system set QuickPick, you must be in a security group with configured rights in the QuickPick Manager Configuration template. For more information about setting up security groups for system sets, refer to the Configuration Guide for NextGen® Therapy Suite. Open the template you want to create a QuickPick for. Delete a QuickPick

Remove a QuickPick
On the QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks panel. Select the QuickPick from the grid. Click Delete. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes. Parent topic: QuickPicks

Delete a Field from the QuickPick Exclusion List
Click the field below the Table column of the grid. Select a template from the picklist, and click OK. All the fields of the template that are excluded from QuickPick appear in the grid. Select the field to be removed from the exclusion list. Click Delete. Parent topic: Exclusions and Inclusions

Update a QuickPick
Load the QuickPick onto the template using the star or double star icon. Make the necessary changes on the template itself. Click the floppy disk icon. The INF Default Save template opens. It automatically fills in the Name field with the name of the QuickPick that was loaded. As necessary, do the following: Change the name. Change or add comments.
