Screening Worklog

Use the Screening Worklog to manage patients who had a screening performed for which you entered a Patient Follow-up. Note: If you open the Screening Worklog from the Practice template launcher, a Launch Chart tab appears on the top bar navigation to access different patient charts directly from the worklog. You can use the Filter by options to display the entries by Location, Clinician, or Location and Clinician. Encounters Without Charges Worklog

The Encounters w/o Charges worklog is designed to help you keep on top of encounters that have not been completed. The worklog displays, by provider and location, any checked-in encounters that do not yet have charges in the Procedures module. Encounters Without Charges worklog Select the timeframe for how far the worklog looks back. The default is 15 Days. If necessary, increase the worklog capacity to the last 30 Days, 60 Days, or 90 Days. To complete the documentation, select an encounter in the grid, and then select Launch Chart. Correction Worklog

The Correction Worklog system template displays any patient encounter that is in the middle of a correction process and, in the Status column, which step is currently being worked on. This worklog helps ensure that the correction process is completed on every patient it is started on. Once all steps are completed, the patient automatically disappears from the worklog. Corrections Displayed Grid

Open the Correction Template

From the Patient History toolbar, select the template icon. The Select Template window opens. Medical Records tab on the Select Template window In the Show section, select All. Make an Encounter Correction

The green checkmarks next to the steps aid you in tracking the correction process. In the Step 1 text field, type what is wrong with the encounter that needs to be corrected. Be very specific about what needs to be corrected and what is wrong in the documentation. Select the Add to Grid button to add your Step 1 field entry to the grid. You can add multiple corrections that may be needed on a single encounter. Encounter correction on the Correction template Select the correction that you added to the grid. After the actions under Step 2 have been taken, select the appropriate checkboxes under the Step 2 header. Select Task to Therapist, select recipients, and then select Task to send the task. Make the necessary corrections on the template where the incorrect data is.
