POC Worklog

The POC Worklog grid lists all patients that have a Plan of Care that is not yet signed off. From this worklog, you can make updates to the status of a POC or open a patient’s chart by selecting the patient in the grid, and then selecting the Launch Chart tab. You can filter the grid by selecting the options above it. You can use additional filters to set the parameter of how far back to look for a POC that has not been signed (45, 60, or 90 days). You can filter the records using filter fields above the columns of the grid. POC Worklog grid If the POC is required is required by the payer, you cannot remove it from the grid. Surgery Scheduling Worklog

Surgery schedulers and coordinators can track details of a surgery order from the Surgery Scheduling Worklog template. You can use the Surgery Scheduling Worklog template for tracking surgery order details such as surgery clearance, orders, and pre-operative tests. All surgery orders placed on the Surgery Sched template appear in the worklog grid. You must enter your search criteria in the Filters section to view surgery orders in the worklog grid. Surgery Scheduling Worklog template In the Filters section, you can enter the desired values in the fields to filter surgery orders in the worklog grid. The Launch Chart and Edit buttons are made available only after you select a record from the worklog grid. You can open the patient's chart by selecting a record and clicking Launch Chart. Clinical Impression/Plan Panel

Complete relevant fields in the Clinical Impression/Plan panel. Clinical Impression/Plan panel Enter a date for Patient Follow-Up if required. Note: You can configure the Patient Follow-up date to be required, on the Practice Config practice template. Select the Sign Off checkbox. The screening document is generated automatically. Once you sign off on the template, the patient is added to the Screening Worklog. If a Patient Follow-up date was entered, a task is sent to the therapist at midnight on the date of the follow-up, as a reminder to contact the patient. Open a Patient’s Chart from the Worklog

You can open a patient’s chart from the Pre-Reg Worklog template. From the Home template, click the Pre Reg link. Select the patient in the grid. Open Chart link on the Pre-Registration Worklog template Click the Open Chart tab in the workflow tab. Parent topic: Pre-Registration Worklog

Wait List

The Wait List worklog enables coordinators to keep track of all patients that want an earlier surgical date or need to be rescheduled for surgery. The Wait List is a system-level template displays patients that have been added: the surgeon, patient name, procedure, clearance, phone, and any notes. Use the Launch Chart, Add, and Edit buttons to work with the Wait List. You can filter the grid by surgeon using the Surgeon field. Wait List template To make sure that the entry is tied to a patient record, users must now select the patient from a Patient Lookup window. If you attempt to type the patient information, an alert opens stating Selected record from the grid is not attached to the patient's chart.
