Add Script to Note
On the System Configuration system template, you can set how you would like your practice to communicate with the ordering providers. Options include: to require a POC, track a POC, use scripts, or none of these, based on the requirements of the financial class/payer.
- If a payer is configured as either Script or None, the Add Script to Note checkbox appears below the treatment plan. If you mark this checkbox, a script document is generated when you submit to superbill.
- If a payer is configured as either POC required or Track POC, the Add Script to Note checkbox is hidden.
- If the patient has two different payers with one that either requires or tracks POC and the other set for Script or None, the POC selection overrides the Script and the checkbox is hidden.
