Document Treatment
Use the Treatment grid to specify the treatment plan for this episode of care. If this is the first visit in this case, the Treatment grid will be empty; thereafter, when you open this template, all entries in the grid copy forward from the prior visit. You can update prior entries and enter new ones. If you apply a QuickPick that enters treatments into the grid that will not be used for this case, you can de-select or delete them. You can enter items individually or use a QuickPick. Assessment and Plan Details
The A/P Details link in the left side navigation opens the Assessment/Plan Details and Treatment template. Use this template to add as many impressions, comments, differential diagnoses, and patient and provider’s plans for a diagnosis, as necessary. Diagnosis Grid
The Diagnosis grid shows the treating diagnosis entered in the Treating Dx field on Single Visit. To make any changes or additions to the Diagnosis grid, return to Assessment/Plan section of the Chiro Single Visit template. Parent topic: Open the Fee Sheet

Add Treatment Plan Details for Chiro Visits
In the NTS Chiro Single Visit template, expand the Assessment/Plan panel. In the Plan Details section, and then select A/P Details. The Chiro A/P Details template opens. If this is the first visit in this case, the Treatment grid will be empty. Afterwards, when you open this template, all entries in the grid copy forward from the prior visit. Chiro A/P Details template (blank) Select the Treatment field. A picklist of treatment items opens. Do one of the following to add all treatment activities you plan to use to rehabilitate the patient: Select the items from the picklist, and then select Close or Done. As you select each item, it automatically appears the Treatment grid. To enter a treatment that is not listed in the picklist, select the blank space in the list to close the picklist, and then enter the text in the Treatment field. Select Save. Enter Additional A/P Details
You can document additional information such as a differential diagnosis, plan details, or comments for the assessment on the Assessment/Plan Details template. On the My Plan (PT) template, click the A/P Details tab. The Assessment Plan Details template opens. Assessment Plan Details To add or update the working assessment, select an assessment in the Today's Assessments grid. Type or dictate patient data in the Impression/Comments, Plan Details, Differential Diagnosis, and Provider Details. For a follow-up visit or disposition is needed, place the order.
