Open the Fee Sheet

Do one of the following: Select the Fee Sheet tab in the workflow bar. Select the Fee Sheet button below the panels on Chiro Single Visit. Fee Sheet button When you open the Fee Sheet template, the system uses the documentation on the encounter to determine which codes and total number of units can be billed. It takes into consideration any payer-specific billing rules configured in the Billing Configuration system template, and adjusts billing as needed based on the payer attached to the case. Add Details for a Treating Diagnosis

Select a treating diagnosis from the Treating Dx grid. This opens the four fields below: Impressions/Comments, Differential Diagnosis, Patient Plan, and Provider Plan. Enter details into each field as needed. Chiro A/P Details template Select Save. Parent topic: Assessment and Plan Details

Ordering Diagnosis

Ordering Dx and Treating Dx

The Ordering Dx grid shows diagnoses added on the NTS Homepage template. The Treating Dx grid shows diagnoses the patient is being treated for on this encounter. Change Applied Diagnosis Codes

The Dx Codes column in the Charges grid shows any diagnosis codes attached to that line item. The application applies all treating diagnosis codes to all treatment and visit codes listed in the Charges grid by default, and applies to all X-rays only the diagnosis codes selected when the X-ray was placed. You can change which diagnoses are applied to the codes in the grid, however, there must be at least one diagnosis attached to each code entry, or the application fires an alert and prevents you from submitting charges. Second Evaluation N/A Checkbox

If a second evaluation is completed within the same case, a N/A checkbox appears above the Treating Dx grid. The system requires that you enter a new treating diagnosis on a second Eval visit.
