When replying to a forwarded message, if the message originated from a patient, you can easily set that patient as the recipient.
 
 
  - From the main toolbar, select the Inbox 
 button.
   
    The Workflow window opens.
   
 
  - Select Compose .
   
    The Patient Portal Message window opens.
   
 
  - Select the arrow on the To  button, and then select Add Original Patient.
 
  - Complete your message as required.
