Set Practice Users or Groups as Recipients
- From the main toolbar, select the Inbox 
button.
The Workflow window opens. - Select Compose .
   The Patient Portal Message window opens.
 - Select the arrow on the To  button, and then select Add User(s).
   The Select users and groups window opens.
 - Enter the name of the user or group, and then select Search.
 - From the search results, select the applicable recipients, and then select OK.
 - Complete your message as required.
