Set Practice Users or Groups as Recipients

  1. From the main toolbar, select the Inbox button.
    The Workflow window opens.
  2. Select Compose .
    The Patient Portal Message window opens.
  3. Select the arrow on the To button, and then select Add User(s).
    The Select users and groups window opens.
  4. Enter the name of the user or group, and then select Search.
  5. From the search results, select the applicable recipients, and then select OK.
  6. Complete your message as required.
