This check box controls whether the IMO assessment search engine can be accessed throughout the application for users to add diagnosis codes (assessments). Use of the IMO assessment search engine is based on licensing and what is installed in your system. On the Practice Configuration practice template, expand the Global Settings panel. To enable IMO, select the This practice has IMO installed check box. A field opens on the right for the IMO product entry and the IORTS Get IMO Template List window opens. Disable Inbox Status Updates

The Disable Inbox Status Updates check box enables you to configure whether the inbox status for a patient encounter updates as specific events occur in the encounter. The inbox status is updated by default, unless this check box is selected. The following table shows the events on indicated templates that trigger an inbox status change if the update feature is not disabled. Intake Sign Off

You can sign off on the Intake template, signifying that the Intake process is complete. This updates the Inbox status to Ready for provider. On the Intake template, select the Reviewed by check box. The fields automatically fill with your name and a date and time stamp. If your practice uses the pre-registration workflow, the dates that clinical 1 and clinical 2 were completed are displayed under the Reviewed by sign off section. Allow Modification of the Calculated E&M Code

The system calculates the E&M Code based upon data entered on the Billable Visit template. However you can override the suggested E&M Code and select a new visit code level for billing on the Finalize Visit template. To enable the override, select the Allow modification of the Calculated E&M code check box on the Finalize Visit Settings panel of the Practice Configuration practice template.
