Remove Items from an Assessment Page

You can remove items from an assessment page. When you do, you have option to leave a blank line, or to close up the space created by moving the lower lines up.
  1. On the Specialty Common Assess Config practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessments panel.
  2. In the Common assessment page name field, select the desired assessment page.
  3. Select the item to remove.
  4. Click Remove.
    A window opens with an option to move the rows up after removing the item.

  5. Do one of the following:
    • Select the Move rows up after remove check box, and click OK.
    • Click OK to close the window and leave a space on the place of deleted item.
