You can add an item between two existing items.
 
 
  - On the Specialty Common Assess Config practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessments panel.
 
  - Select the line item number at which you want to insert the new item.
 
  - Click Insert Blank Row.
   
    This adds a blank space at selected item number.
   
 
  - Click the blank line item.
   
    The line item number appears in the Item # field.
   
 
  - In the Item to add field, select one of the below item type.
   
    - Header/Group
 
    - Subgroup
 
    - Description and code
 
    - Spacer
 
   
   
    Depends on your selection above, follow the below instructions: 
    
     - Header/Group: Enter the Header/Group name, and in the Diagnosis Group field, select a diagnosis group.
 
     - Subgroup: Enter the subgroup name, and in the Diagnosis Group field, select a diagnosis group.
 
     - Description and code: Use the Diagnosis Code Lookup link to search for the desired description and codes.
 
    
    
  - Click Add/Update.
