Provider Custom Multi-Test List

A Multi-Test is a group of radiology tests that a provider can select with one click. The multi-test group appears in the Radiology Tests grid without a CPT code. When you select the multi-test group on the Radiology Order template or the Radiology panel of the Single Order template, the tests in the group are added to the This Order grid. Customize Picklists for Radiology Tests

You can create new picklists or update picklist values associated with radiology tests in the Radiology Picklists panel on the Radiology Configuration practice template. On the Radiology Configuration practice template, expand the Radiology Picklists panel. To create a new picklist, do the following: Click the field below the Picklist grid and enter the name of the picklist. Click Add. Radiology Picklists panel on the Radiology Configuration template To add a picklist value, do the following: In the Picklist grid, select the desired picklist. Click the field below the Picklist Values grid, and enter the new value. Click Add. Create a Custom Provider Custom Test List

You can create a custom list of radiology tests for providers to use when placing orders. On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Tests panel. Click the Provider field and select a provider. Enter the Category. Both grids fill with tests for the selected category. Click the Body Part field to further filter the grid. Above the Tests grid enter a Body Part filter the Tests grid. Select the desired test, and click the left arrow to move the test to the provider's custom list. Note: If you filter the first grid by Body Part and then add a test from the Tests grid associated with a different body part, you will not see the test until you clear the Body Part field above the first grid. Copy a Provider's Custom Test List to Another Provider

You can copy a provider's custom list to another provider on the Radiology Configuration practice template. Note: If your practice copied multi-lists on the Xray Configuration template, the link to the original test becomes broken and the Body Part filters will not work. The system displays an asterisk (*) next to the test that has a broken link in the Tests in the Multi-Test grid. You need to remove the test with the asterisk and re-add the test using the Tests grid. Do not copy a provider list until you update the multi-test as directed. On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Tests panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category. The grid displays the provider's custom test list. Click the Copy this list to another provider field, and select a different provider. Click Copy. Note: The system will alert you if any of the tests in the provider's list are not linked to a standard test in the Manage Radiology Tests panel and

Configuring Settings for Radiology Tests

You can configure picklists and settings for various radiology tests. You can use the Radiology Configuration practice template for configuring general radiology settings, picklists, standard radiology tests, provider custom tests, and provider custom multi-test groups. Radiology Configuration template The Radiology Configuration template is preloaded with the radiology codes. You must ensure that the radiology codes are configured in the service item (SIM) library for the practice to bill them. Create a Custom Provider Multi-Test List

You can create a multi-test group that is used on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template. The multi-test group appears in the Radiology Tests grid without a CPT code. When you select the multi-test group, the system moves all of the configured tests to the This Order grid. On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Multi-Test panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category. The provider and Tests grids display the tests assigned to the category. Enter the Body Part to filter the grid. Enter the description of the multi-test group in the field below the grid, and click Add. Click Add. Select the multi-test group added in step 5. Click the Body Part field above the Tests grid to filter the grid by body part.
