Copy a Provider's Custom Test List to Another Provider

You can copy a provider's custom list to another provider on the Radiology Configuration practice template. Note: If your practice copied multi-lists on the Xray Configuration template, the link to the original test becomes broken and the Body Part filters will not work. The system displays an asterisk (*) next to the test that has a broken link in the Tests in the Multi-Test grid. You need to remove the test with the asterisk and re-add the test using the Tests grid. Do not copy a provider list until you update the multi-test as directed. On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Tests panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category. The grid displays the provider's custom test list. Click the Copy this list to another provider field, and select a different provider. Click Copy. Note: The system will alert you if any of the tests in the provider's list are not linked to a standard test in the Manage Radiology Tests panel and

Update a Provider's Custom Tests List

On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Tests panel. Click the Provider field and select a provider. Enter the Category. Both grids fill with tests for the selected category. Click the Body Part field to filter the grid. To edit a test in the grid, select the test, and do the following: Edit the description in the corresponding field below the grid. To attach a Picklist, click the field below the grid, and select the desired picklist. Click Update. To remove a test, select the test, and click Delete. To add a test, select a test in the Tests grid, and click the left arrow to move the test to the provider's custom list. Note: If you filter the first grid by Body Part and then add a test from the Tests grid associated with a different body part, you will not see the test until you clear the Body Part field above the first grid. Provider Custom Tests

You can configure a custom list of a provider's most commonly ordered radiology tests in the Provider Custom Tests panel. You can view the providers' custom test list by selecting the My Tests option above the Radiology Tests grid on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template. Note: The Provider Custom Tests list includes the providers Multi-Tests that you configure in the Provider Custom Multi-Tests panel. The provider's custom tests list is separate from the practice-wide list that you configure in the Manage Radiology Tests panel, but both lists are available on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template. On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Multi-Tests panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category and Body Part, as applicable. Select the multi-test group from the first grid. The tests in the multi-test group fill the Tests in the Multi-Test grid. Update the description, and click Update. In the Tests grid, select the desired test, and click the left arrow to move the tests to the Tests in the Multi-Test grid. Create a Custom Provider Multi-Test List

You can create a multi-test group that is used on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template. The multi-test group appears in the Radiology Tests grid without a CPT code. When you select the multi-test group, the system moves all of the configured tests to the This Order grid. On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Multi-Test panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category. The provider and Tests grids display the tests assigned to the category. Enter the Body Part to filter the grid. Enter the description of the multi-test group in the field below the grid, and click Add. Click Add. Select the multi-test group added in step 5. Click the Body Part field above the Tests grid to filter the grid by body part.
