Provider Custom Tests

You can configure a custom list of a provider's most commonly ordered radiology tests in the Provider Custom Tests panel. You can view the providers' custom test list by selecting the My Tests option above the Radiology Tests grid on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template. Note: The Provider Custom Tests list includes the providers Multi-Tests that you configure in the Provider Custom Multi-Tests panel. The provider's custom tests list is separate from the practice-wide list that you configure in the Manage Radiology Tests panel, but both lists are available on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template. You can also copy a providers custom tests list to another provider. Customize Picklists for Radiology Tests

You can create new picklists or update picklist values associated with radiology tests in the Radiology Picklists panel on the Radiology Configuration practice template. On the Radiology Configuration practice template, expand the Radiology Picklists panel. To create a new picklist, do the following: Click the field below the Picklist grid and enter the name of the picklist. Click Add. Radiology Picklists panel on the Radiology Configuration template To add a picklist value, do the following: In the Picklist grid, select the desired picklist. Click the field below the Picklist Values grid, and enter the new value. Click Add. Manage Radiology Tests

The tests in the Manage Radiology Tests grid on the Radiology Configuration practice template create a list of tests that corresponds to the Standard option above the Radiology Tests grid on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template. The Manage Radiology Tests grid is packaged with an extensive list of radiology codes but they do not appear until you select a value in one of the filter fields above the grid. You can use the Manage Radiology Tests grid to manage and customize the codes to meet your practice's needs. The Manage Radiology Tests panel enables you to do the following: Assign a category and body part to a test Attach picklists to a radiology test Assign a bilateral code and picklist to a radiology test Indicate the laterality for a code The Category and Body Part fields use picklists from the Radiology Picklists panel. Create a Custom Provider Multi-Test List

You can create a multi-test group that is used on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template. The multi-test group appears in the Radiology Tests grid without a CPT code. When you select the multi-test group, the system moves all of the configured tests to the This Order grid. On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Multi-Test panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category. The provider and Tests grids display the tests assigned to the category. Enter the Body Part to filter the grid. Enter the description of the multi-test group in the field below the grid, and click Add. Click Add. Select the multi-test group added in step 5. Click the Body Part field above the Tests grid to filter the grid by body part. Update a Custom Provider Multi-Test List

On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Multi-Tests panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category and Body Part, as applicable. Select the multi-test group from the first grid. The tests in the multi-test group fill the Tests in the Multi-Test grid. Update the description, and click Update. In the Tests grid, select the desired test, and click the left arrow to move the tests to the Tests in the Multi-Test grid. Note: If you filter the first grid by Body Part and then add a test from the Tests grid associated with a different body part, you will not see the test until you clear the Body Part field above the first grid. Remove a Test from a Multi-Test

On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Multi-Test panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category and Body Part, as applicable. The provider's multi-test groups appear in the grid. Select a multi-test group in the grid. The tests included in the multi-test group fill the Tests in the Multi-Test grid.
