Manage Radiology Tests
The tests in the Manage Radiology Tests grid on the Radiology Configuration practice template create a list of tests that corresponds to the Standard option above the Radiology Tests grid on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template. The Manage Radiology Tests grid is packaged with an extensive list of radiology codes but they do not appear until you select a value in one of the filter fields above the grid. You can use the Manage Radiology Tests grid to manage and customize the codes to meet your practice's needs. The Manage Radiology Tests panel enables you to do the following:
- Assign a category and body part to a test
- Attach picklists to a radiology test
- Assign a bilateral code and picklist to a radiology test
- Indicate the laterality for a code
The Category and Body Part fields use picklists from the Radiology Picklists panel.
All configured performing entities for the selected code appear in the Performing Entity grid. Performing entities are pulled from File Maintenance and are not editable from the Radiology Configuration practice template.
