Edit Radiology Test Configuration

The Manage Radiology Tests grid on the Radiology Configuration practice template does not display any data until you select a value in the filter fields above the grid. The Category and Body Part fields use picklists from the Radiology Picklists panel. Note: Use the fields below the grid to edit the selected radiology test. The fields below the grid are referred to by the corresponding column name. Select an option for Sort Tests By: Body Part or Description. Note: This sort option also determines how the Radiology Tests grid on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template is sorted. In the Filters section, click any field to select a value to filter the grid. Select a row from the grid. Use the fields below the grid to make the desired changes. To edit the description, click the Description field. To configure the Picklist that opens when the test is ordered, select the picklist. To add the bilateral code, click the Bilat. Manage Radiology Tests

The tests in the Manage Radiology Tests grid on the Radiology Configuration practice template create a list of tests that corresponds to the Standard option above the Radiology Tests grid on the Radiology Order template and the Radiology panel of the Single Order template. The Manage Radiology Tests grid is packaged with an extensive list of radiology codes but they do not appear until you select a value in one of the filter fields above the grid. You can use the Manage Radiology Tests grid to manage and customize the codes to meet your practice's needs. The Manage Radiology Tests panel enables you to do the following: Assign a category and body part to a test Attach picklists to a radiology test Assign a bilateral code and picklist to a radiology test Indicate the laterality for a code The Category and Body Part fields use picklists from the Radiology Picklists panel. Delete a Custom Provider Multi-Test List

On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Multi-Test panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category and Body Part, as applicable. Remove a Test from a Multi-Test

On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Multi-Test panel. Click the Provider field, and select a provider. Enter the Category and Body Part, as applicable. The provider's multi-test groups appear in the grid. Select a multi-test group in the grid. The tests included in the multi-test group fill the Tests in the Multi-Test grid. Delete Radiology Picklists or Picklist Values

You can delete a picklist or you can delete a single value from a picklist. On the Radiology Configuration practice template, expand the Radiology Picklists panel. To delete a picklist, do the following: Select a row in the Picklist grid. The fields below fill with the selected value and the Update and Delete buttons are enabled. Click Delete. If you delete a picklist associated with a CPT code in the Manage Radiology Views panel, the system displays a message to confirm the deletion. If you select Yes, the system deletes the picklist and the associated picklist values, and removes it from the Picklist column in the Manage Radiology Views panel. Update a Provider's Custom Tests List

On the Radiology Configuration practice template, go to the Provider Custom Tests panel. Click the Provider field and select a provider. Enter the Category. Both grids fill with tests for the selected category. Click the Body Part field to filter the grid. To edit a test in the grid, select the test, and do the following: Edit the description in the corresponding field below the grid. To attach a Picklist, click the field below the grid, and select the desired picklist. Click Update. To remove a test, select the test, and click Delete. To add a test, select a test in the Tests grid, and click the left arrow to move the test to the provider's custom list. Note: If you filter the first grid by Body Part and then add a test from the Tests grid associated with a different body part, you will not see the test until you clear the Body Part field above the first grid.
